The Tewksbury Township Parks Committee has worked with the Township Committee to make a number of improvements at this facility for all residents of Tewksbury to enjoy:
New athletic fields
Improved access to the grass plateau for horse trailers
The Christie Hoffman Farm was acquired by the Township with a mixture of Township funding and Green Acres funding. The 170 acre park consists of gentle rolling hills, open fields, wetlands and wood trails. There are miles of hiking and horse trails and quiet areas for bird watching. In the winter, ice skating and sledding are common activities. The “pole barn” hosts concerts and serves as the center of activity for many of the events held at the park. The park is available to the community for a wide variety of uses. See the Tewksbury Township web site for Park Usage rules.
General Usage Guidelines
Use of the Playing Fields is restricted to regularly scheduled athletic events.
These events must be approved by Tewksbury Township through the Park Usage process.
All parking rules will be strictly enforced.
Collect and remove all garbage after using the facilities.
Please be considerate around all other park users.
Please keep pets leashed and away from the fields and horses.
