Coaching Certification Program

Coaches Safety Certification Clinic: With the goal of operating our sports programs as safely as possible, Tewksbury Athletic Association requires all its coaches to go through the Rutgers S.A.F.E.T.Y Clinic. This is a non sport-specific, common sense clinic which covers: legal aspects of coaching concepts, training and conditioning athletes, and medical/first aid aspects of coaching. The program takes just a few hours and is offered several times per year in the township. There is no cost to TAA coaches and certification qualifies the individual for coverage under the township's liability insurance policy. For more information, download:
