WELCOME TO THE CHESS CLUB! |
The Chess Club is now in session!
This program offers chess instruction with Chess Master Scott Massey. It is offered for both children and adults at Tewksbury Elementary School. The program meets Wednesday evenings from 6:30 - 9:00 p.m. There are two levels of instruction. Instruction for the NOVICE GROUP is held from 7:00-7:20 p.m. and for the ADVANCED GROUP from 7:20-7:45 p.m. The instruction noted above is available but not mandatory. Matches can be played throughout the session. There will be a variety of tournaments throughout the season. There is a fee for the season, however, the first two sessions are free.
